This is my first Yuletide and I’m so excited. I’m just gonna be upfront and say that I’m super obsessed with all the fandoms I requested this year, so honestly anything that you write, I’m confident I’ll love (as long as my DNWs are not ignored). I do have gifts enabled - any treats will be loved and cherished.

If it’s your thing, crossovers between my requested fandoms would be amazing and I would love to read that. All of these prompts are optional, though - if you have another idea in mind, go for it!

The Haunting of Hill House

About this canon: a classic gothic horror novel - pretty short as far as novels go.

Requested characters: Eleanor and Theodora (but please add more at your wish!)

This book has a very special place in my heart. Honestly, anything you write that vaguely relates to canon, I’ll love. I really like the relationship between Eleanor and Theodora, so anything that expands on that would be great (in a shipping sense please!) If you’re writing from Eleanor’s POV, I’d love to see some of her unreliableness as a narrator captured. 

Feel free to add other characters as well! I love Dr. Montague and Luke as well and would love to see your take on them.

Optional prompts:

• something post canon, with Theo and the others coping after their time at Hill House
• outsider POV, either from the perspectives of Mr. and Mrs. Dudley, Mrs. Montague and Arthur Parker, or one of the other people in town (or Dr. Montague and Luke?)
• your take on Hill House: is it really haunted? or is it just a house with some sketchy architecture?
• what happened to Nell after the ending? is her spirit still roaming Hill House, à la “whatever walked there walked alone”? would Theo ever come back?
• you know that one scene where Nell’s like ‘whose hand was i holding?’ that scene creeped me the hell out and i love it, so anything like that would be much appreciated

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask

About this canon: video game available on 3ds, Nintendo Switch, n64 - here’s a full walkthrough video

Requested characters: Link (but please add/remove more at your wish!)

This might be one of my favorite Zelda games. I adore the atmosphere, and how it doesn’t shy away from how dark and creepy it is while still including so many heart-warming moments. Even though I requested Link, I have to admit that in this game a lot of the NPCs actually interest me quite a bit more.

Please don’t ship Link with anyone romantically! I’m a bit of a Zelink purist - but if you can find a way to work that in, that would be amazing!

Optional prompts:

• a time loop exploring the events of the game from an outsider POV - maybe one of the NPCs in Clock Town?
• some angst regarding the transformation masks that Link has (the Deku Butler and his son immediately come to mind)
• some worldbuilding, either about the tribe of Ancients or Majora
• some character exploration and a deep dive into the Happy Mask Salesman
• shipping wise, I really love Kafei/Anju and Lulu/Mikau - i’d love to see anything canon-compliant (like missing scenes) or something pre/post canon.
• if you prefer genfic, literally any of the platonic relationships in this game would be a hit. Cremia&Romani, Cremia&Anju, Link&Tatl, Kafei&his parents, honestly the sky’s the limit!

House of Leaves

About this canon: a (very large) horror book with an unconventional format, a prime example of ergodic literature

Requested characters: Will Navidson (but please add/remove more at your wish!)

This book is kind of ‘you either love it or you hate it’ - I’m firmly in the ‘love it’ camp. I’m a big fan of the unconventional format and structure of the book, especially the way it’s used to mirror themes in the text, so if you do anything like that, I’ll probably love you forever. Also, please do make up completely fake footnotes like in canon. I really like the documentary style in the book, also - my favorite storyline is definitely the Navidson Record.

Optional prompts:

• Something focusing on the relationship between Will and Karen, either pre, during, or post canon (maybe how the experience with the House has changed them?)
• a meta analysis of either parts of the book or the entire thing
• something focusing on Zampano, character study maybe?
• if you’re in the mood to write some horror, i’d love to see further exploration of things from canon. one thing that has always stuck with me is when Daisy plays the game ‘always’, which sounds suspiciously like ‘hallways.’ an expansion on this maybe?

Subnautica:

About this canon: an open world horror survival video game - here’s a full walkthrough video. Though Marguerit and Bart both canonically don’t actually appear in the game, so if you want to get a feel for their characters + plotline, all you have to do is read these Databank entries on the wiki!

Requested characters: Marguerit Maida and Bart Torgal (but please add more at your wish!)

Ah, Subnautica my beloved. I love this game so much. Anything you write that mirrors the atmosphere of the game is golden, in my opinion. Format wise, I think it would be really cool to see something told through recordings, like all the Databanks.

Optional prompts:

• I’d love to see your take on the relationship between Bart and Marguerit. Canonically, he says that while his father doesn’t take him that seriously, Marguerit actually listens to him and respects his ideas. Why? How does someone as tough as Marguerit feel about being around a kid like Bart? I’d love to see something about the two of them bonding and just getting to know each other a bit - something that would allow Marguerit to see him as more than just ‘that rich jerk’s son’. The relationship need not necessarily be parental; I tend to see Marguerit more as a cool, violent wine aunt. No shipfic please.
• more worldbuilding regarding either Alterra or the Precursors.
• or if you prefer something horrorish, maybe they find some creepy stuff while exploring the planet? Some guest appearances from a leviathan or two, maybe
• Some more information about the crew of the Aurora and their relationships with each other

• maybe some getting together? either some didn’t know they were dating or not actually unrequited love
• something with Akamaru? maybe he knows that Kiba likes Shino and Hinata, so he takes it upon himself to be a matchmaker
• outsider pov - maybe the other teams keep trying to speculate what’s up with team 8 and why they’re so close

2. Sakura/Sai/Ino

This was a pairing that I didn’t expect to like so much, but I wrote for them once and now I’m a little bit obsessed.

• Sakura and Ino helping Sai heal from ROOT, whether that be from his trauma or them just helping him be more social and communicate more effectively
• Sai teaching the other two how to paint
• anything related to Ino’s flower shop - i adore flower language so much
• maybe some getting together? either some didn’t know they were dating or not actually unrequited love
• just some soft fluff - the three of them feel really comfortable around each other and don’t feel like they have to hide anything because they know they’re completely accepted

3. Sakura/Sasuke/Naruto

How could I request poly ships from Naruto without mentioning Team 7? I am kind of particular about this ship though - DNW anything that treats Sakura as less than the other two or implies that they don’t like her as much as each other.

Optional prompts:

• something post canon maybe, either with Naruto or one of the other two as Hokage and how they all support each other
• Akatsuki AU? I love the idea of team 7 being so strong and powerful that they’re completely terrifying
• just something showing their growth and about how much stronger all of them have gotten from the beginning
• Naruto and Sasuke showing Sakura just how strong she is and how much she means to them - actively fighting against her insecurities

4. Jiraiya/Orochimaru/Tsunade

These guys really snuck up on me. You know that one part in Naruto when they all find each other and fight? TELL ME there’s not some romantic tension there - that was definitely three exes meeting up after years lmao

• something pre-canon about their time together as a team and how they felt about each other
• Jiraiya and Orochimaru’s thoughts about Tsunade/Dan - or if you prefer, make it so that Dan never was engaged to Tsunade
• Orochimaru’s thoughts about his teammates - does he care about them more than he lets on?
• evil AU! Maybe Jiraiya and Tsunade left the village with Orochimaru?
• maybe something about them seeing themselves in team 7

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure:

1. Dio/Jonathan/Erina

Love love love this ship so much. Again, literally anything you write for them I will adore

• Jonathan and Erina become vampires along with Dio - evil or not, your choice
• literally anything with them interacting with their descendants
• Canon divergence - maybe Jonathan and Erina make Dio reconsider how much he hates being at the Joestar Mansion. Would he give up on his plan to get the Stone Mask?
• just some soft fluff - i just want them to be happy

2. Koichi/Yukako/Rohan

These three are so underrated but I adore them. For this ship, I’m okay if you want to write it as a V instead of a closed triad (mostly because I don’t know if Yukako and Rohan would ever get together, but if you can make them do so, then I will literally give you my first born child)

• Yukako and Koichi modeling for Rohan’s manga
• Koichi helping Yukako and Rohan communicate more effectively and just be…less mean lmao
• Yukako and Rohan just showing Koichi that he’s strong and that he means a lot to them
• double date with josuke and okuyasu?

3. Joseph/Suzi Q/Caesar

I love these three. PLEASE keep Caesar alive I’m begging you

• the three of them getting to know each other at Air Supplena - maybe some missing scenes from canon
• the three of them as parents/grandparents - how would they interact with Holly and/or Jotaro?
• canon divergence - how would part 3 be different if Caesar was there?
• Joseph and Caesar dealing with Suzi not being able to make a decision
• Lisa Lisa’s perspective on the three of them - she likes Suzi and Caesar, but how would she feel about them dating her son?

Avatar: The Last Airbender

1. Jet/Katara/Zuko

These three are CRIMINALLY underrated. I mean…they all have been hurt by the Fire Nation, they all have a boatload of trauma..they’re perfect together.

Optional prompts:

• the three of them running into each other in Ba Sing Se
• forced proximity? something that would allow them to get to know each other without Jet immediately trying to kill Zuko lol
• Something where Jet runs into the Blue Spirit and Painted Lady - an unlikely alliance, but they’re all fighting for the same thing
• Jet and Zuko joining Team Avatar

Miraculous Ladybug:

1. Chloé/Luka/Kagami

Tell me these three would not be the ultimate power couple. Chloé and Kagami are really similar, what with their brusque personalities and their relationships with their mothers, and I think adding Luka to that dynamic, with his relationship with his father as well as his more easygoing personality, would help them all heal with their similarities.

• Talking about their family lives and realizing how much they have in common
• Luka either playing some music for the other two or teaching them how to
• Identity shenanigans! Create your own Love Square (Love Hexagon?)! Viperion/Ryuko/Queen Bee or any other combination! Add in your favorite tropes! Meet-cute, enemies to lovers, matchmakers Ladybug and Chat Noir helping out - the sky’s the limit!

Hades:

1. Megaera/Thanatos/Zagreus

I love the relationship between these three and the different dynamics they all share. For this one, I’m okay with a V if you can’t quite make a triad work

• Just the three of them trying to balance their relationships with their work life
• How does Meg feel about the fact that she keeps trying to kill Zagreus? How does Thanatos feel about the fact that he doesn’t?
• What do Meg’s sisters think about the relationship?
• I’d love anything that focuses on the Thanatos/Megaera side of the triangle, whether that be platonic or romantic. How does them both liking Zagreus bring them together? Does it test their friendship? Have they liked each other all along, or did they not think about it until now?
• Zagreus telling them about the surface
• Zagreus using their companions to summon them to him

Xenoblade Chronicles:

1. Fiora/Melia/Shulk

I will never stop being angry about Melia being done dirty in the game. I mean, she lost her entire family, her home…please, just let her be happy.

• Fiora and Shulk helping Melia rebuild and restore Alcamoth
• double date with Reyn and Sharla?
• some didn’t know they were dating, with Shulk being completely oblivious

I love Sharla/Reyn and Sharla/Gadolt, so it only makes sense to put it all together.

• Something pre-canon - maybe Reyn visits Colony 6 before the events of the game?
• Canon divergence where they manage to save Gadolt in Mechonis Field - Reyn and Sharla helping him heal afterwards
• the three of them spending the day with Juju - just some soft family bonding

Danganronpa:

I actually hadn’t considered this ship before noms opened, but I have to acknowledge that the Vibes are immaculate. They’re both intelligent, capable, reserved, terrifying…what’s not to love?

Also, with regards to the v3 cast…i hate the ending. Apologies if this is really specific, but I’d prefer if the v3 cast were also students at Hope’s Peak, without the whole future/reality thing, and with their given Ultimate talents.
Optional prompts:

• Something pre-canon from their school days at Hope’s Peak - how would they meet if they were in different classes? How would their friend groups influence their relationship (Kaito, Shuichi, and Makoto)?
• I’m a fan of takes where all of v3 was a simulation - maybe Kyoko is the one to wake Maki from the simulation?
• AUs!! Maybe Kyoko is the detective tasked to catch the assassin Maki?

2. Asahina Aoi/Ogami Sakura

These two are so adorable (and totally deserved better!)

Optional prompts:

• Something pre-canon from their school days at Hope’s Peak
• The two of them training together - Hina teaching Sakura how to swim, or Sakura teaching Hina some martial arts
• A rewrite of Chapter 4 - how would things have gone if Sakura didn’t kill herself? Who would have died instead? What would Hina do?

3. Kirigiri Kyoko/Celestia Ludenberg

Again, a couple with immaculate Vibes. I always loved how these two interact, especially right before Celeste’s execution when she gives the locker key to Kyoko. And Celeste’s status as Ultimate Gambler combined with Kyoko’s lack of memory means you could arguably say that both of them spend the whole game hiding behind a mask.

• Nighttime excursions to the kitchen for tea
• AUs!! Detective Kyoko gets sent to take down a gambling ring?
• A rewrite of Chapter 3 - what if Celeste had gone to Kyoko with her plan instead of Hifumi?

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure:

1. Hermes Costello/Kujo Jolyne

I love these two so much. I also adore the whole Joestar family line, as well as their dynamics, so if you find a way to work that in, I would love it.

• The two of them taking care of Emporio
• Some little slice of life moments in the prison
• Their alternate universe counterparts - how would their dynamic change in the new world with Jolyne as Irene instead?
• How would Hermes meeting the Joestar family go?

Bunny:

1. Samantha Mackie/Ava

I don’t anticipate that this will be written about, but I figured I’d include it anyway. This is my favorite book, and the relationship between these two is so fascinating (even more so with the reveal at the end!)

Optional prompts:

• Post-canon, Sam learning to heal after Ava’s loss (or maybe she doesn’t?)
• Ava POV, with her thoughts about Sam and maybe Max
• Outsider POV? What do the Bunnies think about seeing Sam with Ava?

Miraculous Ladybug:

1. Chloé Bourgeois/Kagami Tsurugi

These two have SO much potential. Chloé and Kagami are really similar, what with their brusque personalities and their relationships with their mothers - I think it would be an interesting dynamic to explore.

• Adrien playing matchmaker
• Identity shenanigans!! Create your own love square!! How would Chloé/Queen Bee interact with Kagami vs Ryuko? Add in your favorite tropes! Meet-cute, enemies to lovers, matchmakers Ladybug and Chat Noir helping out - the sky’s the limit!

Disco Elysium:

1. Klaasje Amandou/Ruby

These two are so interesting, and I’d love to see your take on their relationship.

Optional prompts:

• The famous hookup scene (no explicit smut please! more so an exploration of their feelings)
• Post-canon - maybe they both happen to run into each other again?
• One or both of their POVs during the cover up of the Hanged Man
• Anything written in the style of the game - give one or both of them their own skills

Ace Attorney:

1. Lana Skye/Angel Starr

I love these two - my favorite underrated pair :’)

Optional prompts:

• Something pre-canon, when Angel was still a detective
• Post-canon, when Lana gets out of jail - maybe she reaches out to Angel for help?
• AUs!! With Angel’s cooking skills, maybe she owns a restaurant and Lana stops by?
• Ema playing matchmaker? Phoenix and/or Maya stepping in to help?
